Former Japanese Sumo wrestling champion Yamamotoyama, known as yama, will make a guest appearance in the reality television show Big Boss 5 on Dec. 31, 2011.
The 27-year-old wrestler made his professional debut in 2007. The 272 kg (601-pound) wrestling champion was asked to retire by Japan Sumo Association in April 2011 after he was found to be involved in match fixing.
The show, hosted by Sanjay Dutt and Salman Khan, is in its last leg of finals, with six contestants — Amar Upadhay, Akashdeep Saigal, Siddharth Bhardwaj, Juhi Parmar, Mahek Chahal and Sunny Leone.
