Emirates Airlines launched a daily non-stop flight from Dubai to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam on Wednesday, Jan. 4, 2012.
Emirates will operate an Airbus A330-200 in a two class configuration on the route, which is set to become the airline's 124th destination.
Both countries had signed an air services agreement in 2011. Trade between the UAE and Vietnam exceeded $24 million in 2010.
