BIG CBS Networks Private Ltd, a joint venture between Reliance Broadcast Network and CBS Studios International will launch a television channel called “Spark Punjabi,” which will telecast international content dubbed in Punjabi.
The channel will be launched on Jan. 14, 2012 and will be beamed in Punjab, Haryana and Himachal Pradesh region.
Spark Punjabi channel will be the fourth channel of BIG CBS. Other three channels launched were BIG CBS Prime, BIG CBS Love and BIG CBS Spark. Reliance Broadcast Network and CBS Studios International hold equal stake in the joint firm.
