US: Christmas Tree Festivals in Arimo on Dec. 7

The Festival of Trees Scholarship Drive will take place on Dec. 7, 2011 from 5 pm to 7 pm at the Marsh Valley Performing Arts Center in Arimo, United States.

That event will include Christmas trees, wreaths, gingerbread houses and crafts, which will all be sold through a silent auction that closes around 8 pm. Proceeds from the event will be used to provide scholarships for high school students involved in music, art, dance and drama.

The festival is free to the public and will also include Christmas music and hot cider.

In addition, the variety show “Christmas Chaos” will take place during the event and costs $15 for adults, $10 for teens and $5 for kids under 12.
