India's Football Friendly With SA on Jan. 7 Postponed

An international football friendly match between 2010 World Cup hosts South Africa and India has been postponed.

The friendly was scheduled for Jan. 7, 2012 to mark the 150th year of arrival of Indians in the African nation.

The South African Football Association (SAFA) has informed the All India Football Federation (AIFF) that the team is not available to play the friendly on the slated date.
