Gujarat's annual Rann Utsav, organized by Gujarat's tourism department, kicked off in the Bhuj city, Kutch on Dec. 9, 2011. The 38-day-long festival will conclude on Jan. 15, 2012.
The major attractions of the festival are hot air ballooning, camel-safari, horse ride, desert car rally, folk shows and cultural performances.
