India’s biggest children festival — International Children’s Festival of Performing Arts, kicked off at Shri Ram Centre For Art & Culture, Connaught Place, New Delhi on Dec. 11, 2011. The event will run until Dec. 13, 2011 till 6.30 pm.
The festival revolves around the theme — The World Is My Playground, and aims at amalgamation of cultures to establish a stronger bond between the young cultural ambassadors from across the globe.
