Paul McCartney Perfoms With Surviving Nirvana Members at Hurricane Sandy Benefit Gig on Dec. 12

Sir Paul McCartney will be performing with former Nirvana drummer Dave Grohl and bassist Krist Novoselic at the star studded 12.12.12 Hurricane Sandy benefit concert at Madison Square Garden in New York City today (December 12, 2012).

This will be the first time Nirvana fans will see Dave and Krist play together in over 20 years following the death of their lead front-man Kurt Cobain, who committed suicide in 1994.

Jon Bon Jovi, Bruce Springsteen, Billy Joel, Alicia Keys, Kanye West and The Rolling Stones are the other star attractions at this benefit concert.
