‘Bemisaal Rafi’ Concert in Mumbai on Dec. 24; 65 Live Musicians to Perform

The Hemant Kumar group along with “Helping Hand Foundation,” a not-for-profit organization will be jointly presenting “Bemisaal Rafi,” on December 24, 2011, at 6 pm, at Sri Shanmukhananda Chandrasekarendra Saraswathi Auditorium, Sion (East), Mumbai.

This memorable event will be performed for the first time by a highly talented and Renowned group of 65 live musicians, along with well-known singers; Amey Date, Gauri Kavi, Vishwanath Batunge, Sangeeta Melekar, and Manan Bhatt.

This event is a tribute to the maestro — Md. Rafi, whose simple soulful songs, stirred many a million souls! It also coincides with his 87th birth anniversary. All funds raised from this show will be used to support the medication cost of 100 Underprivileged Juvenile Diabetics over a period of next two years.
