Toumani Diabate’s, a Malian kora player from the family of traditional kora players in Africa, will spellbind his audiences at the Nehru Park, Delhi on December 3, 2011 from 7 pm onwards.
The 2006 Grammy Award winner for best traditional world music album and an international goodwill ambassador of UNAIDS will be instrumental in spreading awareness on Zero discrimination and HIV prevention in India through his music.
Toumani will perform with Pandit Vishwamohan Bhatt, a renowned Indian slide guitar player and Padmashree and Grammy Awardee at the concert.
