Lahore to Organize ‘Peace for Everyone’ Festival on Oct. 22

Revival of Heritage (ROH) youth network is set to organize "Peace For Everyone" Festival 2011 on Saturday, October 22, 2011 at Punjabi Complex, Near Qaddaffi Stadium, Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.

The organization is working to develop, inform, inspire and to mobilize young people from all over Pakistan through leadership training, peer education, awareness raising, skill building, policy and advocacy.

Objectives:

1- National Integration among youth of Pakistan

2- Promote youth’s knowledge about key elements of peace building

3- Youth commitment to peace building and softer image of Pakistan among international community

4- Encourage youth to develop creative thinking skills and show their talent

5- Promote inter-religious youth cooperation.

6- Encourage youth to take responsibility in making their society more peaceful.

7- Build bridges between the youth of different religion.

8- Strengthen solidarity among youth.

9- Formulation of a group of young people to work for revival of peace
