All the 14 accused, arrested for molesting 2 NRI women outside a 5 star hotel in Juhu on New Year eve, get bail by a local court on a surety of Rs 10000 each. They were remanded to judicial custody till Jan 19. More arrests are likely to happen, says Joint Commissioner of Police.
Accused have been charged with outraging modesty of women, unlawful assembly, rioting, causing hurt and wrongful restraint. As per police record, their names are Dinesh Bagaitkar, Sudhir Naikwade, Kunal Jadhav, Shobby D'Souza, Ajay Marathe, Vaibhav Marathe, Sandip Panchal, Manoj Panchal, Sandip Shukla, Derek Jadhav, Swapnil Mandare, Siddharth Singh, Amit Kapoor and Ravindra Shukla.
