SHEMROCK is promoted by the Arora family – which consists of two generations of the country’s leading educationists with over 75 years of combined experience in the field of education. It all started when Dr. DR Arora and Dr. (Mrs.) Bimla Arora - a husband-wife team of academicians envisioned a school that presented the children with a education system that was based on their 30 years of academic experience in India and abroad. Mr Arora is an alumni of the prestigious Delhi College of Engineering of the Delhi University where he completed his bachelor’s in Engineering. The University of California-Irvine Campus offered him a faculty scholarship with an assistantship to do his MBA. As a tribute to his sterling leadership qualities while in the campus, he was elected as the President of the Indian Students Association and he also earned a honorary lifetime membership of the Beta-Gamma-Sigma Society, an association of top management students in the USA. A strong believer in continuous learning, Mr. Arora is a Post Graduate in Educational Leadership and Management from the University of Nottingham, UK. Mr. Arora has worked in a number of leading corporates in India and abroad before settling down on his career of choice- education.
As a tribute to his contribution to the education fraternity in India, the Independent Schools Federation of India nominated Mr. Arora as the Chairman of the National Conference of Independent Schools – a network of 850 private schools of India. Mr. Arora has also been felicitated as the “Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2006” award by the Lt Governor of Delhi. In the same year, the Independent Schools Federation of India conferred upon Mr. Arora an award for his “Outstanding Contribution to the Indian Education System”. As a result of the strong franchisee support system, the organization has been ranked as one of the Top 100 Franchise Opportunities by the Franchising World Magazine for two consecutive years (2010 & 2011). The Group has also been declared the “Best Franchisor- Preschool Category” by Franchise Plus Magazine- a testimony to the strong brand and support systems we have in our schools. Hey, it was a great post. Nowadays there is endless number of choices for preschools. But I was interested to tech preschool education at home to my twins. First it looked impossible to me as I was having hard time in finding activities for them. But this website http://www.kidsfront.com/class/3rd-class.html helped me a lot in all aspects of their education.
