EFT Report, Islington: Manchester City captain Vincent Kompany will be serving a 3-match ban for his red card during the weekend 2-0 win over Arsenal FC at the Emirate Stadium.
The 26-year-old Belgium international was given a straight red card for his two-footed sliding tackle on Arsenal’s Jack Wilshere. Meanwhile, Manchester City will be submitting DVD footage to the FA as evidence to overturn the red card.
