CNG Prices Hiked in Delhi NCR by Rs 1.55-1.80 a kg

The compressed natural gas (CNG) price in Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad has gone up by Rs 1.55-1.80 a kg from midnight on Jan. 4, 2013.

Announcing a 4 percent hike, public sector Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) said the new consumer price of CNG would be Rs 39.90 a kg in Delhi, and Rs 45.10 in Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad.

IGL said it raised the price due to increased input costs and related taxes.
