The "X Factor" judge, who is in a relationship with F1 ace Lewis Hamilton, was seen with Rihanna's former beau at a Hollywood nightclub in Los Angeles on Sept. 25, 2012.
They danced together and spent much of the evening side by side talking.
According to reports, the pair had been kissing, but Scherzinger has denied it through her spokesperson.
Scherzinger has been in an on-off relationship with Hamilton since 2010.
Meanwhile, Brown is reportedly getting close to former love Rihanna. They had split after he admitted assaulting her in 2009.
