India’s largest airline, Jet Airways will offer its women guests’ special benefits and fares as part of its annual initiative on celebrating International Women's Day on March 8, 2012.
With Jet Airways' "Celebrating Womanhood" initiative, every group with at least one woman traveler that makes an online booking at jetairways.com, will enjoy a five percent discount on international travel's base fare and fuel surcharge (excluding applicable taxes).
For domestic travel, 10 percent discount would be available on jetairways.com or jetlite.com for domestic services operated by Jet Airways, Jet Airways' Konnect service or JetLite.
All tickets, for both domestic and international travel, must be booked online between March 1 and March 31, with travel validity as reflected in the ticket.
Jet Airways in collaboration with three NGOs, working on a range of women's issues, will conduct a unique in-flight fundraising drive, on all its domestic flights.
The airline will contribute all proceeds from the drive to benefit three NGOs namely — Mijwan Welfare Society, ANHAD (Act Now for Harmony and Democracy) and the SMILE Foundation.
