Glass City Beer Fest in Ohio on March 2

The sixth annual Glass City Beer Fest will be held at the Erie Street Market in downtown Toledo, Ohio, United States on Friday, March 2, 2012 from 7 pm to 11 pm. A total of 27 micro-breweries will bring over 100 different beers to town for tasting. Best of all, 100 percent of the proceeds from the event go to charity.

The festival will include beers from the Great Lakes Brewing Co., Stevens Point, Goose Island Beer Co., Granite City Brewing, Northcoast Brewing Co., Pyramid Brewing, Maumee Bay Brewing Co., Sierra Nevada, and others.

Tickets are $25 in advance from any Andersons store and $30 at the door. Tickets for military personnel, firefighters, and police officers are $20. Each admission ticket will include 12 taste tickets, which allows a person to receive a 3 ounce taste of a beer per ticket. Additional taste tickets are $1 each or six for $5.
