India's leading IT Services provider, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has opened a customer collaboration centre in California, which will serve as the worldwide headquarters of the firm's mobility solutions unit, expanding its presence in the US.
The centre, which is located in the heart of Silicon Valley, will also act as the base for the TCS' next generation solutions unit that applies the latest advances in software technology to real-world business problems that customers may face.
The centre is the latest addition to TCS' growing operations across North America where it has been operating since 1979 when it established its first office in New York City.
TCS now has more than twenty offices across the region including four development centers.
