Samsung to Launch Galaxy Tab 680 in India for Rs 34,900

Samsung is all set to launch its another Honeycomb-based tablet in the Indian market. The latest Samsung tablet is Galaxy Tab 680, which is popularly known as Galaxy Tab 7.7 globally. Online retailer flipkart.com has put up the device as “coming soon” on their site and priced at Rs 34,900. Another online retailer Indiaplaza is selling the device for Rs 35,499.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 680 runs on Android 3.2 Honeycomb and sports a 7.7 inch Super AMOLED Plus display with 1280x800 pixels resolution, 3MP rear camera, 2MP front camera and 5,100 mAh battery. The device has a 1GB of RAM and is powered by a 1.4GHz dual-core processor. It has a 16GB of in-built storage . For connectivity, the device supports Wi-Fi, 3G and Bluetooth.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 680 is going to join the series of Galaxy Tab 750, Tab 730, Tab 7.0 Plus and the original Galaxy Tab. Samsung recently expanded its Galaxy family with the smartphone-tablet hybrid Galaxy Note.
