Hyderabad: Legendary Poet Kusumleni Tribute Concert on Feb. 25

An array of programs like songs, poetry and plays has been organized at Keshav Memorial Institute of Technology (KMIT Engineering College) Auditorium, Narayanaguda Road, Hyderabad on Feb. 25, 2012 from 6.30 pm onwards to dedicate legendary poet Mr V V Shirwadkar, popularly known as “Kusumagraj.”

The program will be conducted in Marathi along with a unique presentation of his poetry. Also there will be a few scenes from his popular plays like Natsamrat and a beautiful set of songs.

Padmabhushan Kavivarya Kusumaagraj is a veteran Marathi poet and playwright. His luminous poetry and powerful plays are adored by generations of Marathi readers. The values he endorsed and lived y himself are all reflected in his glorious writing.
