CBSE to Launch 24-hr Call Centre From Feb. 15

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is setting up a round-the-clock call center at its Delhi office from February 15, 2012 to facilitate communication between students, parents and the board to enable easy access to information on schools, syllabus, exams, fee structure and results.

The decision was taken after demands for a call centre gained momentum from various stakeholders about frequent communication with the board. A ten-member team would be dedicated to the call-center.

The Board will soon announce the call center numbers.
