Health and Wellness Fair in Arizona on Jan. 7

Health and Wellness Fair has been organized at Tucson Medical Center, Tucson, Arizona, United States on January 7, 2012 from 7.15 am to 10 am. Activities will begin with a sunrise meditation in the center's labyrinth and includes interactive music-making.

Walkers of all ages can find activities along a 2-mile walk along the paved river path. Participants can place carnations in the "Blessings Tree" at the intersection of Grant and Craycroft. For a more strenuous outing, park at the center and run or walk to the Rillito River Path.

Medical staff from a variety of facilities provides blood-pressure checks, cholesterol screenings, balance and strength testing, mental-health resources, massage therapy and more.
