New Delhi’s Lalit Hotel is all set to host the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) annual global council from Feb. 5–8, 2012 to discuss key matters impacting the profession of internal auditing around the world.
More than 120 representatives from over 50 countries are expected to participate in the four-day event, which will be coordinated by IIA global headquarters and the IIA's Indian institute (IIA-India).
The IIA was established in 1941 with headquarters in US. It has over 170,000 members in 165 countries. Its leaders represent members working in a variety of professional capacities such as internal auditing, risk management, governance, internal control, information technology audit, education and security.
