The seventh annual Jewish Film Festival will be held at Beth Emeth Congregation of the West Valley, Sun City West, Arizona, United States from Saturday, Jan. 27 through Monday, Jan. 29, 2012.
The films depict three decades when heroes emerge from their everyday lives to confront major challenges - the horrors of war and its effect on children, the creation of the state of Israel and the confrontation between old traditions and new practices.
Schedule:
Jan. 27: "Nicky's Family," at 6.30 pm
Jan. 28: "Loving Leah," at 6.30 pm
Jan. 29: "Waves of Freedom," at 7 pm
A brief commentary will precede each screening, and complimentary refreshments will be served.
