Bangalore hosts the annual Strand Book Festival from Dec. 1–14, 2011 between 10 am and 8.30 pm at Wesley Tamil Church Hall, Opp: Vogue Inst. of Fashion Tech., Commisariat Road, Bangalore.
Strand presents thousands of hand-picked books to look through and select from, at discounts ranging from 30–80 percent. Present at the venue are assistants to lend a helping hand. Stocks are replenished every day.
