International Youth Festival in Delhi From Dec. 16–18

The International Youth Festival “Nav Arunodaya 2011” has been organized at Celebration Ground on NH 8, Delhi from December 16–18, 2011. Indian President Pratibha Patil inaugurated the cultural extravaganza at Vigyan Bhavan.

A burst of resourcefulness, creativity and imaginative abilities will be showcased through an interesting milieu of cultural activities to be presented by youngsters from India, USA, UK, Indonesia, Australia, Dubai, Japan, South Africa, Bangladesh and Singapore.

Apart from the cultural extravaganza, the event will host several competitions such as Fashion Show, Quiz contest, Talent Hunt competition, Group Discussion and Talk Show.

Besides these, workshops on folk dances such as Bihu, Bhangra, Lavani, Kumaon etc., western dance and music forms like Salsa and Jazz, workshop on Interior Decoration & Fashion Design, Painting and Rangoli, and, Simple Culinary Tips will be organized at the International Youth Festival.
