Enviro-Peace Concert in Delhi From Nov. 23-24; Parikrama, Solar Punch to Perform

With the aim of spreading awareness about environment, Routes2Roots and Advit Foundation in association with Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) are organizing an enviro-peace music concert, ‘My Earth My Duty’ at HUDA gymkhana in Gurgaon, Haryana on November 23 and Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Lodhi Road, New Delhi on November 24, 2011 at 7 pm onwards.

Indian rock band Parikrama and the New York based ‘solar’ band Solar Punch along with classical singer Kabul are all geared up to mesmerize rock lovers with their powerhouse performances. While band Solar Punch, that plays environmental rock, has planned to use solar powered instruments and sound systems in the concert, other musicians will say it with their music.
