The ninth Bhagyachandra National Festival of Classical Dance 2011 started on Friday, Nov. 11, 2011 at Govindaji temple complex, Kangla fort, Imphal, Manipur. The three-day festival was inaugurated by Manipur Governor Gurbachan Jagat.
More than 40 dance troupes and individuals from other Indian states are also participating in the main dance performances of the festival.
