Fort Hays State University, located in Hays, Kansas, USA, to organize a seminar for Women Self-Defense from 9 am to 12.30 pm on Oct. 29 in Cunningham Hall, wrestling room 110.
This seminar will teach women to learn how avoid dangerous situations, how not to become a victim and how to fight off an assailant.
Basic self-defense tactics will be demonstrated and taught by knowledgeable instructors.
