Actor Matthew McConaughey Loses 30 Pounds for ‘The Dallas Buyer's Club’

Matthew McConaughey (42), named People magazine's ‘Sexiest Man Alive’ in 2005, has lost 30 pounds for his role as an AIDS victim in the upcoming film ‘The Dallas Buyer's Club’.

‘Dallas Buyers Club’ directed by Jean-Marc Vallee is a true story of Ron Woodroof, a Texas electrician who was diagnosed with AIDS in 1986 and given six months to live.

The film is currently in pre-production.
